Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced **Accounts Manager** to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and related activities. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company and a strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Monthly Management Accounts and Finalise Audit, year end closing.
* Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
* Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
* Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general accounting activities.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
* Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and financial audits.
* Ensure timely compliance with **GST, TDS, Income Tax**, and other applicable statutory requirements.
* Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
* Monitor and control accounting expenses and transactions.
* Coordinate with purchase,
sales, stores, production, and other departments for accounting-related matters.
* Support **inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and cost-related accounting** in the manufacturing environment.
* Ensure proper documentation and adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
* Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.
* Manage and guide junior accounting staff.
* Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills
* CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
* 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
* Experience with **ERP/accounting software** and MS Excel.
* Knowledge of manufacturing accounting, inventory, and costing will be an advantage.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
A detail-oriented professional with strong accounting knowledge, sound financial judgment, and practical experience in managing accounts within a manufacturing workplace.
