JOB DESCRIPTION

Skills: Digital : SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central (SF-EC)
Experience Required: 5-7

Location: Bangalore , Delhi ,hyderabad

Rate:13 LPA

Must-Have**
1. 5 to 7 Years of SuccessFactors with minimum 2 End-End-To Implementations in EC
2. Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central
3. Configure and implement Employee Central module to meet business requirements while ensuring adherence to best practices
4. Design and support complex HR business processes in EC, including core HR lifecycle events
5. Manage data models, workflows, and business rules configuration
6. Work closely with stakeholders to analyze current vs future state processes
7. Ensure smooth integration between EC and other modules (RCM, ONB, Payroll, etc.)
8. Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
9. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations




10. Stay updated with bi-annual SuccessFactors releases and implement recent features
11. System Refresh Activities

Must have

1. Configure and implement SuccessFactors Time Off module based on client requirements and industry best practices
2. Design and maintain Time Account Types, Time Types, Accrual Rules, and Period-End Processing
3. Configure Time Off business rules for accruals, eligibility, proration, carry forward, and forfeiture
4. Manage employee leave lifecycle processes including requests, approvals, cancellations, and adjustments
5. Configure and maintain Leave of Absence (LOA) and absence recording processes
6. Design and implement holiday calendars, work schedules, and time profiles
7. Ensure compliance with country-specific leave policies and statutory requirements
