Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise CI/CD Modernization Engineer to drive the transformation of legacy software delivery processes into modern, scalable, cloud-native CI/CD platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DevOps, automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, cloud platforms, and enterprise-scale CI/CD pipeline implementation.

The role involves designing and implementing modern CI/CD practices, standardizing deployment frameworks, enabling DevSecOps adoption, and improving software delivery velocity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess existing CI/CD pipelines and identify modernization opportunities.
- Design and implement enterprise-scale CI/CD solutions using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Migrate legacy build and release processes to up-to-date cloud-native delivery platforms.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.
- Implement GitOps and DevSecOps best practices.
- Automate application deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Build reusable pipeline templates and deployment frameworks.
- Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud Engineering teams.
- Enable observability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of CI/CD platforms.
- Support Kubernetes and container-based deployment strategies.
- Drive enterprise-wide DevOps maturity and platform standardization initiatives.

Qualifications
