Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Executive to handle IndiaMART enquiries, vendor registrations, lead follow-ups, and customer data management.

The candidate will be responsible for responding to leads received through IndiaMART, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining an updated database of clients and prospects. The person will also provide backup support to the sales team whenever a salesperson is unavailable, ensuring that significant client enquiries and follow-ups are not missed.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to IndiaMART enquiries and leads on a daily basis.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their requirements.




- Follow up with customers regularly and maintain proper records of communication.
- Handle vendor registration / onboarding activities on relevant platforms.
- Maintain and regularly update the client and prospect database.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding new enquiries and customer requirements.
- Maintain a database of existing clients handled by different sales executives.
- Generate regular reports on IndiaMART enquiries, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pending enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Email, estimation and Project whenever required.
- Support the sales team in maintaining proper documentation and customer records.
