Job Title: Process Re-engineering Consultant
Location: Mumbai

Experience Level: 5 to 10 Years

Role Purpose: Lead business process discovery and mapping, identify and define opportunities. Re-engineer processes to be more efficient, automated and lean to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

Any Mandatory Requirements / Certifications: Min 10 years experience in business process discovery, process mining and process mapping - preferably in the financial services domain (Asset Management, Finance, Insurance). Hands-on experience with BPMN

Preferred Qualifications: BE/BTech/MBA/MCA

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in leading at least 3 end-to-end business process discovery, mapping, and re-engineering projects.
- Experience using industry standard tools for creating process maps and documentation.




- Ability to analyse business process data using Excel, Power BI and equivalent tools to identify areas of opportunity
- Formal training in Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen and equivalent methodologies
- Experience applying above methodologies on real projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to design and present a compelling story to stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital and automation tools and platforms such as RPA, Workflow platforms, Low Code tools, Power Apps, Scripting etc.
- Good understanding of the capabilities and application of AI (including LLMs), especially in the process re-engineering and automation domain
- Robust stakeholder management experience
