Roles & Responsibilities

- Set and monitor mix ratio / index (NCO:OH), temperatures, pressures and line speed as per recipe/SOP. Perform and record in-process checks: cream/gel/tack-free times, density,adhesion/peel, surface/bond visuals
- Manage polyol/pentane premix: FEFO, storage temperature, strainers/filters, drum changes; ensure traceability.
- Support thickness/skin changeovers with minimal downtime; balance flow withsaw/packing.
- Enter accurate batch sheets, deviation notes, rejection tags and ERP/MES entries each shift.
- Enforce pentane safety (EX-proof/LEL controls, earthing/bonding, ventilation), PPE,MSDS, LOTO and spill response.Flag abnormalities early; assist troubleshooting of voids, delamination, scorching,edge crush via parameter corrections.




- Maintain 5S/housekeeping; contribute to FPY, yield and OEE improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Chemical / Mechanical / Production).

- Experience: 1+ years on continuous foaming lines (PUF/PIR; mineral-wool exposure
- is a plus).
- Skills: Foam process control (index/ratio/temps/speed), density & adhesion testing,
- gauges/calipers/tape, basic SPC & 5-Why; ERP/MES literacy.
- Industry Fit : ALFA PEB, EPACK, Metecno, Icemake, Everest Composites, RINAC, or similar
