We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to join our team and be the first point of contact for learners at our reception desk. If you have hands-on academic counselling experience, solid communication skills, and genuinely enjoy guiding students toward the right learning path, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle front-desk academic counselling and walk-in enquiries.
• Guide prospective learners on programme details, eligibility and admission process.
• Convert enquiries into enrollments through structured counselling.
• Maintain enquiry records and follow up with prospective learners.
• Coordinate with the academic and admissions team for smooth onboarding. Eligibility:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of academic counselling processes and enrollment cycles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Presentable, well-organized, and comfortable managing front-desk responsibilities.
• Prior experience in an educational institute, coaching centre, or edtech company preferred.
