Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency of critical services. The ideal candidate combines software engineering expertise with operational excellence to automate processes, improve system resilience, and maintain high service availability.

Qualifications

Education: Any degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, reliability engineering, or production operations.

Responsibilities

- Service Reliability: Define and monitor SLIs and SLOs, ensuring services meet reliability targets.
- Incident Management: Lead incident response, participate in on-call rotations, and conduct post-incident reviews.
- Automation Tooling: Develop automation to streamline deployments, scaling, and operational workflows.
- Observability: Build and maintain monitoring systems including metrics, logs, and distributed tracing.
- Performance Capacity Planning: Conduct performance analysis, load testing, and system optimization.
- Resilience Engineering:



Implement practices such as canary deployments, circuit breakers, and chaos testing.
- Platform Improvement: Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge Sharing: Maintain documentation, runbooks, and best practices for operational excellence.

- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Jenkins
- Linux systems, networking, and debugging
- CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Robust scripting or programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages
- Experience designing scalable and highly available infrastructure
