Role & responsibilities

Advanced Support & RCA

- Provide advanced L3 support for Oracledatabase environments.
- Resolve complex database incidents andperformance issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurringdatabase problems.
- Lead database troubleshooting during criticalincidents.
- Participate in major incident resolution.
- Prepare RCA and corrective action plans.
- Provide technical guidance to L2 DBAengineer
