As an Auditing Executive (Level 1) at Fusion CX, you will perform internal audits, prepare detailed audit reports, review financial records, and support the organization's compliance and control framework. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools such as Tally or SAP. Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits and evaluate financial processes to identify discrepancies and control gaps.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive audit reports documenting findings and recommendations.
- Review financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Assess and test internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audit readiness and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in maintaining audit documentation and supporting ongoing compliance initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement in audit processes and reporting systems.
Job Requirements
- Education: Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Candidates pursuing or holding intermediate CA qualifications are welcome.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or equivalent accounting tools.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of audit procedures, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
- Analytical Ability: Robust attention to detail with the ability to identify and assess risks.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and team collaboration.
- Work Setup: On-site, six-day work week at Fusion CX Kolkata office.
