AutoCAD Designer & PCMS Load Sheets Editor

We are looking for technically skilled candidates to join our team supporting Refinery and Petrochemical Plant Inspection, Engineering Documentation and Turnaround activities. The roles involve preparation and updating of technical CAD drawings, conversion of legacy engineering documents into CAD formats, and preparation/editing of PCMS Load Sheets and related inspection data.

Position 1 PCMS Load Sheets Editor / CAD Engineer

Experience: 3–4 years

The candidate should have strong working knowledge of MS Excel and experience in handling engineering data, preferably from the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Engineering, Inspection or Plant Maintenance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, edit and maintain PCMS Load Sheets using MS Excel.
- Work with equipment, circuits, components and CML (Condition Monitoring Location) data.
- Review and organise inspection-related engineering information and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and update technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD/AutoCAD LT.
- Understand engineering drawings, P&IDs;, PFDs, equipment drawings and isometric drawings.
- Convert and prepare CAD drawings based on legacy PDF drawings and engineering documents.
- Coordinate with engineers and inspection professionals to incorporate drawing and data requirements.
- Maintain standard templates, drawing libraries and structured project documentation.
- Perform data verification and quality checks before submission.
- Candidates with knowledge of Bluebeam will be preferred.

Preferred Background: Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant industry experience.

Position 2 – AutoCAD Designer / Junior CAD Engineer

Experience: Fresher to Experienced





Suitable for Mechanical Engineering / Diploma Mechanical Engineering candidates with good knowledge of AutoCAD and an interest in working in the Refinery and Petrochemical Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD / AutoCAD LT.
- Develop isometric drawings in CAD format from legacy PDF drawings.
- Update and revise existing engineering drawings based on new information.
- Read and interpret P&IDs;, PFDs, equipment drawings and piping/isometric drawings.
- Work closely with engineers and technical teams to prepare drawings as per project requirements.
- Prepare basic material lists and related technical documentation.
- Maintain drawing standards, templates and CAD libraries.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, properly formatted and compliant with project requirements.
- Support documentation activities related to Refinery, Petrochemical and Oil & Gas plant inspection/turnaround projects.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam is an added advantage.

Common Requirements

- Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of P&IDs; and PFDs is highly desirable.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with engineers and technical teams.
- Candidates interested in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and Plant Turnaround projects are encouraged to apply.
- Solid communication and documentation skills.
- For the experienced position, advanced MS Excel skills are essential.
- Experience with PCMS, inspection data or plant maintenance documentation will be an added advantage.
