About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, finalization, and payroll-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing core finance operations independently and coordinating with the companys CA and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Handle accounts finalization and prepare necessary work/documents for submission to the CA.
- Manage GST and TDS workings, compliance, and related documentation.
- Prepare bank reconciliations (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly salary sheets, including PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory calculations.
- Maintain payroll and statutory records accurately and on time.




- Coordinate with the CA, auditors, and consultants for accounting and compliance matters.
- Prepare financial reports and accounting information required by management.
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy across accounting and statutory records.

Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in finalization, GST, and TDS.
- Positive knowledge of payroll, PF, and ESI calculations.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable commuting to Hojiwala, Surat.
