Responsibilities

- Train, guide, and motivate sales team members.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
- Resolve customer and team queries.
- Track and report weekly/monthly sales performance.
- Support the team in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Provide sales guidance and constructive feedback.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
