- Role: SEO Executive
- Reports to: Marketing Manager
- KPIs: Improve KittyPartys discoverability across search engines and AI platforms to grow qualified, non-paid traffic and bookings month over month.
- Head Office: New Delhi

Job Purpose

The Growth Executive Organic (SEO + GEO) is responsible for driving sustainable organic growth across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Google SGE, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute organic growth strategies across SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Optimize visibility across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms
- Conduct keyword research, intent mapping, and chance analysis
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
- Optimize content for AI-led answers, conversational queries, and zero-click discovery
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO- and GEO-friendly content
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
- Conduct technical SEO audits covering speed, mobile, and crawlability
- Implement schema,



structured data, and entity-based optimization
- Perform competitor and market analysis across search and AI platforms

Education, Experience Competencies

Education

- Required: Graduation and Preferred Master Degree.

Technical Skill Set

- 2 4 years of experience in SEO or organic growth
- Awareness of AI-driven search and GEO concepts preferred
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building
- Familiarity with CMS platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

Experience

- 3 - 4 years of experience in Growth Marketing
