We are looking for a skilled and technically strong PLC Programmer & Electronics Assembly Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial automation, CNC machine controls, ladder logic programming, electrical panel wiring, and electronics assembly. The candidate will be responsible for developing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintaining PLC-based automation systems used in CNC and industrial machinery.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of PLC programming, industrial electrical systems, HMI/SCADA integration, control panel assembly, sensors, drives, and machine troubleshooting.

Role & responsibilities:

Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Ladder Logic for CNC and industrial automation machines.

- Diagnose and resolve electrical and PLC-related faults in CNC machines.
- Understand machine automation cycles, limit switches, encoder feedback, and safety interlocks.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for machine uptime improvement.
- Maintain backup of PLC/HMI programs and machine parameters.

- Design and develop control panels, wiring diagrams, and electrical layouts for Gear Grinding, Hobbing, and Shaping machines.

- Prepare SLD,



GA drawings, control schematics, and BOM (Bill of Material) for machine panels.

- Select appropriate electrical components: drives (servo, spindle), PLC, CNC, HMIs, relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and sensors.

- Supervise panel wiring, assembly, and machine integration as per design and safety standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CNC/PLC systems, drives, and control circuits during manufacturing and testing.

- Robust knowledge of electrical panel design for machine tools.

- Hands-on experience in CNC/PLC-based control systems (Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi preferred).

- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical / E-Plan for panel & wiring design.

- Expertise in servo motors, spindle drives, encoders, and feedback systems.

- Good understanding of interlocking circuits, safety relays, and motor control centers (MCCs).

- Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues in precision machines.
