Manage IR & compliance (Factory Act, CLRA, PF, ESI), handle unions, grievances, HSE improvements, and contract labour. Lead payroll, PF, budgeting, admin operations, and plan factory events to ensure smooth and compliant plant HR operations.
Required Candidate profile
MSW/MBA/MHRM/LLM with minimum 10+ years of relevant domain experience in a manufacturing organisation.
Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results .
