Job Description Design - Valves

- Prepare detailed design and manufacturing drawings for Gate/Globe/Check Valve
- Ability to design the Valve, strength calculations, review customer specs etc
- Develop 2D and 3D models using Solid Works and Creo
- Ability to review customer specifications and produce associated design calculations as GA and Manufacturing drawings.
- Perform engineering calculations for valve sizing, strength, and design validation.
- Prepare General Arrangement (GA), assembly, part drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Ensure designs comply with ASME, ANSI, ISO, and other applicable standards
- Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
- Participate in current product development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical support to internal departments and customers whenever required
- Modify and update existing designs based on customer requirements and engineering changes
