Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute placement strategies to achieve employment and salary benchmarks.
- Manage end-to-end placement lifecycle including employer outreach, job mapping, interviews, offer closure, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, startups, GCCs, and industry partners.
- Organize hiring events, job fairs, internships, apprenticeships, and industry engagement programs.
- Align candidate skills with emerging technology roles and industry requirements.
- Track placement KPIs, maintain MIS dashboards, and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor placement teams and establish effective placement processes.
- Collaborate with training and operations teams for demand-supply alignment.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Management, Computer Science, Education, Data Science, or related fields.
- 7-10 years of experience in placement management, employer engagement, workforce development, or technology hiring.
- Experience in AI, Data Science, Digital Economy, Skill Development, CSR, or government-funded programs preferred.
