Experience: Min 6 years.
Joining location: Pune. Office hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Handle updates and defects of the solutions to ensure it applies to decided functionality
- Understand the business functionality, design/application development and underlying technical solution
- Solving incidents; knowledge about applications architecture set-up and global implementations for effective resolution of issues
- Develop and/or test current functionality requested through continuous improvement initiatives or Projects

- Member of the 2nd line Service team, handling development including service activities
- Follow Change Management process and routines including documentation
- Potentially work with continuous improvement GAPs and Projects
Requirements
- Several years experience working with Java Development
- Several years experience working with MS SQL and/or Oracle
- Several years experience working with Web Technologies (Java, HTML, JSP, Tomcat, Apache)
- Experience working with Windchill PDMLink or similar system
- Knowledge/experience of the Tetra Pak Packaging Business Process
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
are essential to communicate with a global end user community
- Strong analytical skills for problem solving (investigating user issues)
- Experience translating / communicating technical information between technical and non-technical people
- Understanding and interest in technical details (due to systems are developed in-house)
- Service oriented working approach (ITILv3 standard)
- Self-going and experienced in problem solving and proposal of different solution
- High level understanding of Solr engine that is used for free text search in NaviGo
- Java development in Windchill PDMLink and Sales Base material manual
- Other types of scripts, for example to retrieve information from Windchill PDMLink
- Web development (HTML5) for Sales Base material and NaviGo
- Import data in MS SQL for Sales Base material
