Project Associate -Clinical Portfolio (Hyderabad)

Job Summary

The Project Associate supports governance, reporting, and operational activities across the Clinical Future Operating Model Portfolio, ensuring initiatives operate consistently within established governance frameworks and delivery expectations.

This role works closely with Project Managers and portfolio leadership to coordinate reporting, governance cadence, RAID management, portfolio tracking, and operational processes that support delivery and value realisation across a large transformation portfolio.

The role enables delivery teams to remain focused on execution by reducing non-delivery workload currently absorbed within delivery resources.

Job Responsibilities

- Support governance cadence across portfolio, program, and project forums
- Coordinate reporting updates and ensure governance materials are complete and submission-ready
- Maintain reporting quality and consistency across initiatives
- Support portfolio-level reporting consolidation and tracking
- Support portfolio reporting and tracking activities aligned to delivery and savings objectives
- Maintain and coordinate Portfolio and Program RAID logs, action logs, and dependency tracking
- Follow up with PMs and stakeholders on overdue actions, risks, and reporting updates




- Support preparation of decision-ready governance materials
- Support maintenance and administration of Smartsheet and or other portfolio artifacts
- Assist with updates to executive summaries, governance dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio tracking
- Ensure alignment between portfolio reporting artifacts and system of record requirements
- Support process mapping, documentation, and governance activities aligned to portfolio initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and governance forums
- Track decisions, actions, and follow-up activities
- Support prioritisation and governance activities across portfolio initiatives
- Support onboarding of recent PMs and project teams into governance ways of working
- Assist PMs with portfolio processes, templates, and governance adherence
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of portfolio governance and delivery ways of working
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
