Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and onboarding of FTL and PTL partners across India.
- Drive supply-side strategy to optimize cost, service levels, and coverage.
- Build and manage strong vendor relationships and negotiate commercials.
- Analyze freight performance data and initiate efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with network design, operations, and product teams on new initiatives.
- Ensure SLA adherence and develop SOPs with courier partners.
Requirements
- 6 8 years of relevant experience in logistics or e-commerce.
- Proven expertise in vendor development, rate negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Robust analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Prior experience with B2B shipping, trucking, or express cargo preferred.
