Responsibilities

- Coordinate project workflows, timelines, tasks, and deliverables across clients and internal teams
- Manage briefs, feedback, revisions, documentation, and project updates
- Maintain clear communication, track progress, and flag risks early
- Support quality control and improve team workflows and efficiency
- Consistently follow up on monthly payment collections, as timely collections are critical to the business




- Identify and flag potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities at each project milestone

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience in a creative, branding, marketing, or agency environment
- Strong communication, coordination, organisation, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with creative workflows and project management tools
- Interest in AI tools for productivity, research, organisation, and creative operations
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
