Responsibilities
This will be his/her responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering, client interaction, resource allocation and tracking, project delivery and end to end project management.
- Identifying project risk and formulating mitigation plan, strategy for best utilization of resources to gain maximum profit from the project.
- The timely and quality delivery resulted in retention of this account for our organization
- Project status updates, maintaining Minutes of Meeting from client calls
- Managing quality delivery of releases that met the client expectations
- Effective project management led winning multiple projects from the same client
- Someone who can handle these responsibilities with at least 1 yr exp as a project manager
