Requirements
- Masters Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized university.
- Valid Registration with the State Physiotherapy Council (if applicable).
- 0-1 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy.
- Experience in Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) or outreach/mobile rehabilitation is preferred.
- Robust clinical knowledge in Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Geriatric Rehabilitation.
- Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and outcome measurement.
- Experience in using electro therapy modalities and rehabilitation equipment.
- Ability to prescribe home exercise programs and assistive devices.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in community and field settings.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru for mobile rehabilitation services.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, EMR/Data Entry, Digital Documentation).
- Experience in documentation, reporting, and maintaining patient records.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Two-wheeler driving license or willingness to travel for field visits is preferred.
