Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee - Operations to join our team. This role offers an opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, operations, and engineering project execution across the Oil Gas, Marine, and Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

- Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Support project documentation, reports, trackers, and presentations.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Assist in project estimation, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Monitor project activities and follow up on pending tasks.
- Support procurement and other operational activities.
- Learn and follow project, quality, and safety procedures.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech /M.E./M.Tech/ BBA (Operations) / MBA (Operations).




- Fresh graduates with interest in building their career in operations.
- Strong interest in Project Management, Operations, and Engineering Projects.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to engineering, Oil Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, or Industrial projects through academics, internships, or projects will be an advantage.
