Production Technician

Location: Elgin, IL

Responsibilities

- Operation of process equipment and others as assigned in a safe and effective manner.
- Assist others to provide and organized and clean workplace including: all areas of the plant, workstations, equipment, walkways, and locker rooms.
- Possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as a team.
- Ability to self-start yet take orders as directed.
- Other duties assigned.

Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience and/or background in equipment operations such as molding rubber components, spraying adhesives and grit blasting metals.
- Computer Familiarity.




- Good English reading and comprehension skills.
- Candidate must have a strong desire to be a part of a high growth company with a results-oriented culture.
- Ability to move and lift up to 40 pounds.
- New hire would start on first shift (6am - 2pm) for purposes of training.
- This position is compliant to US government ITAR requirements.
