The City Business Lead will be responsible for driving profitable business growth across the Kolkata market by expanding Chuks presence, developing strategic customer partnerships, strengthening distribution channels, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role requires a robust commercial mindset, market understanding, and the ability to build long-term relationships while championing sustainable packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Growth Sales: Achieve assigned revenue, profitability, and market share targets for the city. Develop and execute city-wise business plans aligned with organizational objectives. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account expansion initiatives. Build a healthy sales pipeline and ensure predictable business growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strategic relationships with QSRs, HoReCa, distributors, retailers, institutional customers, and key decision-makers. Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and responsive service. Resolve customer concerns effectively while strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Distribution Channel Development: Identify, appoint,



and develop high-potential distributors and channel partners. Expand retail and institutional reach across the assigned geography. Improve channel partner capability and performance through regular engagement and reviews.
- Commercial Excellence: Drive profitable growth through effective pricing, margin management, and commercial negotiations. Evaluate customer profitability and prioritize high-value business opportunities. Ensure commercially sound decisions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Market Development: Track competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging customer needs. Identify new business opportunities, products, and market segments. Support successful launch and adoption of new products within the city.
- Data Performance Management: Monitor business dashboards and sales performance metrics. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business reports. Use data-driven insights to improve business decisions and operational effectiveness.
