Rotational Assignments - Participate in 36 months structured rotations across departments such as Operations, Projects, Supply Chain, Product Development, Marketing, Finance, HR, Strategy, and Customer Excellence. Learn end-to-end business processes and propose improvement initiatives. Business Analysis Problem Solving - Conduct data-driven analysis to support decision-making. Work on real strategic and operational projects with measurable outcomes. Innovation Initiative - Identify inefficiencies and recommend and implement solutions. Take ownership of small to mid-level projects early in the program. Leadership Development - Lead cross-functional mini-projects. Present project outcomes and insights to senior leadership. Continuous Learning - Attend leadership workshops, training modules, and technical skill enhancement sessions. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
