Position Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design, build, and iterate AI-powered conversational workflows. This role focuses on prompt engineering, GPT-driven conversation flows, and rapid proof-of-concept (PoC) development using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an experimental setting, can quickly translate business questions into functional copilots, and has practical experience creating workflows, prompts, and integrations using low-code tools.

Key Responsibilities

Copilot Workflow Development

- Design, build, test, and deploy conversational AI workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Create end-to-end Copilot experiences for business use cases
- Configure topics, trigger phrases, conversation flows, and fallback handling

Prompt Engineering GPT Usage

- Design and refine system prompts, instructions, and conversation logic to improve GPT response accuracy
- Tune prompts based on different types of user inquiries and feedback
- Implement Generative Answers and context-aware responses within Copilot Studio

Proof of Concept (PoC) Development

- Rapidly build and modify PoCs to validate business ideas and demonstrate Copilot capabilities
- Experiment with different approaches and plug play configurations within the tool




- Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback

Integration Automation

- Use Power Automate to integrate copilots with data sources and workflows (e.g., SharePoint, APIs, databases)
- Connect conversational flows to backend processes where needed

Collaboration Support

- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into conversational experiences
- Document basic designs, prompts, and workflow logic for reuse

Required Skills Experience

- Minimum 10 months of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Experience creating topics, workflows, and generative responses
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering for GPT-based assistants
- Practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate
- Ability to quickly build, modify, and demonstrate PoCs
- Comfort working in a low-code / no-code environment

Nice to Have

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Familiarity with integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems
- Basic awareness of security, permissions, and responsible AI principles
