- Project Governance Coordination: Manage day-to-day project operations by coordinating with domain experts, project managers, and clients, while handling progress reports, minutes, and stakeholder communication.
- Business Development Commercials: Support bid preparation, track new opportunities, and assist with the development of technical proposals, alongside managing procurement and contract administration tasks.
- Systems / Software Application: Leverage knowledge of Metro, High-Speed Rail, and BRTS systems to support project design, applying strong technical writing skills and software proficiency in PTV VISSIM, GIS, and MS Office
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering/ Planning; Masters degree in Planning (Transport preferred)
- 0 - 2 years of experience in consulting, infrastructure advisory, or similar roles.
- Robust proficiency in MS Office and understanding of project commercials and client-facing workflows.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder consulting environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
