Position: RedHat AMQ

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / Noida / Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

- Manage high performance message integration solutions utilizing RedHat AMQ and HiveMQ
- Install and configure RedHat AMQ brokers on REL9 Linux servers.
- Install and configure HiveMQ brokers on REL9 and Windows servers.
- Perform all required AMQ and HiveMQ patching and maintenance via Ansible scripting.
- Provide 24/7 hotline support, including weekends and holidays.
- Provide Broker testing and troubleshooting assistance to Application teams.
- Workplace Performance monitoring and tuning.
- Create application specific custom Grafana dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal, Application and Architecture teams.
- Work independently on various special assignments.




- Address all security vulnerabilities with Vendor products.
- Manage and replace certificates before expiry.
- Maintain a custom Java/MySQL solution for Broker alerting.

Technical Skills:

- Administration of Redhat AMQ HIVEMQ messaging platform (Linux)
- Moderate understanding of RedHat Linux administration and commands.
- Support the installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of RedHat AMQ HIVEMQ infrastructure
- Security: Knowledge of security including encryption and TLS communication.
- Knowledge of Pub/Sub concepts
- System Performance: Knowledge of performance tuning of messaging systems to meet application requirements.
- Operating system knowledge to include Linux
- Experience with RedHat AMQ Platform components (Camel, Keycloak for MFA, Hawtio, jolokia) Kafka
- Automation experience using Ansible, or scripting (Python/Shell).
- Knowledge of enterprise messaging platforms (IBM MQ, Kafka, HiveMQ) is a plus.
- Development Tools/Languages: Familiarity with tools like CP-Ansible, Java, and shell scripting
- Observability tools using Prometheus / Grafana / Loginsight
