Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN networks.
- Install and configure managed/unmanaged switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Configure and maintain firewalls (Sophos, SonicWALL, etc.).
- Install and manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, NVRs/DVRs, IP cameras, and network video infrastructure.
- Perform structured cabling, patch panel termination, rack installation, and cable management.




- Configure fiber networking, SFP modules, media converters, and network racks.
- Provide technical support to end users via remote and onsite assistance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Perform data backup, disaster recovery, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
- Ensure IT security best practices, antivirus management, and endpoint protection.
- Monitor system uptime and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
