Azure DevOps and ALM

- Design, configure, and maintain Azure DevOps projects, repositories, boards, pipelines, and release processes.
- Implement source control and branching strategies for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated solution deployment.
- Manage deployment of managed and unmanaged Dynamics 365 solutions across environments.
- Configure build and release pipelines using YAML and classic pipeline approaches where applicable.
- Automate the deployment of:
- Dataverse solutions
- Environment variables
- Connection references
- Power Automate flows
- Plugins and custom assemblies
- Web resources
- Azure Functions and integration components

- Implement pipeline approvals, release gates, service connections, and environment-specific configurations.
- Maintain deployment versioning, tagging, release notes, and audit history.
- Support rollback and recovery procedures for unsuccessful deployments.
- Improve deployment automation, repeatability, and delivery speed.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Robust experience with Dynamics 365 solution management and application lifecycle management.
- Practical experience creating and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integration patterns.
- Experience with PowerShell, YAML, PAC CLI, or other deployment automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, business units, teams, application users, and service principals.
- Experience troubleshooting deployment, integration, performance, and environment-related issues.
- Good understanding of Agile delivery and IT service management processes.
