Job Title: Channel Sales Head

CTC: Upto 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead channel sales and distribution business.
- Develop channel strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and expand distributor/channel partner networks.
- Drive primary & secondary sales and market expansion.
- Lead and manage the channel sales team.
- Monitor sales, collections, profitability, and partner performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and resolve partner escalations.

Channel Development:

- Strategy Development related to Channel Expansion as per business need.
- Channel Development in existing & new areas.
- Managing Channel, Project & Key account Business.
- To identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.




- Drive Partner tiring, targets, incentives programs and engagement at various levels.
- Ensuring healthy relationships with various stakeholders, program teams, marketing, channel partners vendor etc.

Team Management:

- Managing and leading a team of ASM, Associates etc.
- Very Robust Leadership skills to lead the team members to achieve the Assigned goals.
- Identifying the training needs and providing timely training to the team members, Channel Partners as needed.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate preferred.
- 7 - 15 years of relevant Channel Sales experience.
- ERP Sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in ERP/software sales through channel partners.
- Strong team leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
