- Manage end-to-end fabric sourcing, development, approvals, and bulk execution, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate closely with fabric mills across Quality Assurance, Inspection, Product Development, and Fabric Production functions.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with fabric mills and suppliers while identifying new and competitive sourcing opportunities.
- Drive fabric costing, price negotiations, MOQ, lead time, and commercial closures with suppliers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and supplier mills to ensure timely execution and adherence to TNA.
- Evaluate fabric quality, testing standards, and supplier capabilities, and resolve technical and quality-related issues with mills.
- Drive cost optimization, alternate sourcing, fabric innovation, and sustainable sourcing initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of fabrics as per approved quality standards and production requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Strong communication and exposure in Mill fabric Production & QA
- Experience in handling woven fabrics
