Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable to manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations for the India Finance function. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of vendor transactions, timely payments, compliance with GST and TDS regulations, vendor reconciliations, audit support, and month-end closing activities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding activity, induction, exit formalities, and Full Final settlement coordination.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, wellness programs, and monthly floor activities.
- Organize employee events by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Support internal communication initiatives and ensure timely dissemination of company announcements, leadership updates, and employee communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR operations, policies, and general HR-related queries.
- Handle employee concerns and grievances by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR data while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate employee feedback initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, skip-level meetings, one-on-one interactions, and engagement assessments.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures and provide guidance to employees whenever required.
- Support HR operational activities and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR processes.
- Drive employee engagement programs to promote a positive work culture, transparency, teamwork, and employee satisfaction.
- Provide HR support across Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Pune studios.
- Perform any other People Culture responsibilities assigned by the management.
Required Skills
- Bachelors degree from a reputed university (Full-time only).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Engagement and Employee Relations in an organization of similar scale.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and HR reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
