Position Summary

The Analyst will support the program planning and implementation through a demonstration of data analytics and problem-solving abilities. Reporting to the Associate Director, the Analyst will be an integral part of the Cervical Cancer team and will provide continuous analytical and programmatic support to our activities. This role entails independence, coordination with cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, flexibility, and strong commitment to excellence.

The role is based out of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Responsibilities

- Conduct extensive research including literature review, field surveys and interviews with a comprehensive range of stakeholders, with the aim of understanding the ecosystem for identifying key barriers and delivering services to improve care access.
- Provide strategic and analytical support to program workstreams and identify high impact areas of intervention in cervical cancer screening, diagnostics and treatment.
- Lead the design and implementation of processes and systems for the collection, management, and review of programmatic data and results to monitor progress and frame strategies.
- Design monitoring and evaluation systems to track progress against programmatic indicators,



including easy to use dashboards and performance reports for program review meetings, planning, and decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with and communicate key findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, fostering informed decision-making at all levels.
- Document program progress through reports, presentations, concept notes, proposals, and templates for internal use and dissemination at state and national levels.
- Travel on short notice to project locations, and other sites guided by the program leadership.
- Undertake any other programmatic activities as requested by the program leadership.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in public health, management, economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, operations research, or allied areas.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a result-driven workplace, in public sector, consulting, investment banking, pharma, or insurance analytics.
