Python Developer Odoo Expert

We're looking for a Python Developer with strong Odoo experience to design, develop, and customize business applications that drive real operational impact. You'll work on end-to-end ERP implementations, module customization, and system integrations to streamline business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in Python and XML.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external systems with Odoo.
- Implement new features and resolve functional and technical issues.
- Create custom reports using QWeb and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, design, operations) to deliver complete solutions.
- Optimize existing Odoo modules for performance and scalability.
- Deploy and maintain Odoo environments on cloud or on-prem servers.
- Conduct technical documentation and user training when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in Python (core and OOP concepts).
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo (v13 and above).
- Experience in PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS.




- Solid understanding of Odoo ORM, MVC architecture, and backend logic.
- Experience integrating Odoo with other applications (REST, SOAP, JSON).
- Familiarity with Linux environments, Git version control, and Odoo deployment processes.
- Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)

- Experience with Odoo.sh, Docker, or AWS deployment.
- Contribution to Odoo community or marketplace modules.
- Understanding of accounting or manufacturing workflows.
- Experience with custom module migration between Odoo versions.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

Experience

2-3 years (Minimum 1 year hands-on in Odoo development).
