About the Role
The role is responsible for identifying, sourcing and securing long-term and short-term pest control prevention business opportunities. The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for the New Sales Productivity, Renewal and Collection as per the assigned targets.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development (Sales):
- Achieve sales targets as per the branchs approved business plan
- Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned territory
- Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved on a month-on-month basis
- Identify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiries within defined timelines
- Maximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders
- Ensure contract renewals are in line with company expectations
- Track market developments and identify recent business opportunities
- Prepare and regularly update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG)
Key Result Areas
- Business Development (Sales)
- Upselling Renewals (if assigned)
- Calls / Survey / Quotations/ PDSA as per the Regional plan Collection DSO
- Customer Service On-Time Invoice Submission

- Proficient in client negotiation
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet goals
Educational Qualification / Other Requirement
- Any Graduate
- Proficient in MS-Office/G-Suite
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in direct sales , preferably in home products, home services, or residential cleaning services
- Fresher can also attend.
