Position Based in Navi Mumbai - Male Candidate

Position Overview:

The Manager/Senior Manager Corporate Accounts & Business Finance will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, statutory and tax compliance, and effective financial coordination across multi-location manufacturing units.

The role will also act as a finance partner to Regional Business Teams and Plant Technical Teams, supporting customer profitability analysis, costing, regional budgeting, debtors review, and operational decision-making. The position is execution-focused with ownership of key finance processes and robust cross-functional interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Financial Statement/ Balance Sheet / P&L; Accounts / Bank Reconciliation Statement as per Indian Accounting / Ind AS

- Month-end, quarter-end,



and year-end closure of books for corporate and plant locations Coordination with plant finance teams across multiple manufacturing units Customer / order profitability analysis and product-wise costing support Participation in regional budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis Periodic debtors review, ageing analysis, and working capital monitoring Interaction with plant technical and operations teams on cost drivers, yield variances, utilities, and capex evaluation Support statutory audit, tax audit, cost audit, and internal audit requirements Hands

-on working in SAP (FICO / CO modules) for accounting, costing, and reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) CA preferred

- 2 to 7 years of exp. For Managerial Role
- 8 to 15 years of exp. for Sr. Manager Role in manufacturing / industrial organisation
- Mandatory hands-on SAP experience
- Strong exposure to costing, budgeting, compliance, and business finance support
- Ability to work closely with business, technical, and finance stakeholders
