- Design, implement, and maintain large-scale Oracle databases to support business applications.
- Lead a team of junior DBAs in day-to-day database administration tasks and provide guidance on complex issues.
- Develop and execute database backup and recovery plans to ensure high availability of critical systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to design scalable database architectures that meet business requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 7-8 years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) or equivalent role.
- Solid expertise in Oracle 12c, 11g, 10g, 9i, 8i, 7.x versions.
- Experience leading a team of DBAs or mentoring junior staff members.
