Caspar Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and driven Power BI Developer to join our Analytics Data Science team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining impactful business intelligence solutions that transform complex data into meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models aligned with business requirements.
- Build efficient and reusable data models using dimensional modeling principles (Star Schema).
- Develop and optimize DAX measures to support analytical and reporting requirements.
- Transform, clean, and prepare datasets using Power Query (M).
- Collaborate with data engineering and upstream teams to ensure structured and reliable data sources.
- Write and validate SQL queries for data extraction and profiling.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise analytics environments
- Familiarity with Azure technologies including Azure SQL, Synapse, and Data Lake
- Exposure to Power BI governance, deployment pipelines, and Git integration
- Experience supporting self-service analytics models
- Microsoft Power BI Certification (PL-300) or equivalent practical experience
Experience Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and business intelligence projects
Work Schedule Collaboration
