Position: Civil Engineer (Site Execution)

Job summary
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 5 to 6 years of experience in civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision of civil works, contractor coordination, quality control, measurement verification, billing support, and ensuring timely completion of project activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Key responsibilities

- Execute and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule.
- Monitor progress of RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and infrastructure works.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Ensure quality control through regular inspections and testing of construction materials.
- Monitor concrete works, reinforcement, shuttering, excavation, PCC, RCC, and finishing activities.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with design and project teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permit systems, and project HSE requirements.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment,



and resources for uninterrupted site execution.
- Coordinate material receipt, consumption tracking, and reconciliation.
- Participate in project review meetings and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of milestones while maintaining quality and cost control.

Required qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in civil construction, industrial, infrastructure, commercial, residential, or EPC projects.

Technical skills

- Robust knowledge of RCC and structural construction.
- Reading and interpretation of civil and structural drawings.
- Quantity estimation and BOQ understanding.
- Contractor billing and measurement verification.
- MS Project / Primavera (preferred).
- AutoCAD (preferred).
- MS Excel, Word, and project reporting.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and IS codes.

Compensation
As per industry standards and candidate experience.
