Role & responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end On-Demand delivery operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and service reliability.
- Own overall operational metrics, including On-Time Performance (OTP), rider earnings, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and strict adherence to client SLAs.
- Leverage operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze trends, identify operational bottlenecks, and execute swift corrective action plans.
- Manage effective rider payout planning by closely monitoring Orders per Unit Time / Utilization Rate (UTR), rider earnings, and rider productivity.
- Balance financial performance with fleet stability, ensuring payout structures remain commercially sustainable while maintaining high rider retention and satisfaction.
- Manage, mentor, and direct a functional team of approximately 25 members.
- Drive daily team productivity, task allocation, workforce planning, and operational execution.
- Serve as the primary point of resolution for internal and shift-level operational escalations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and syncs with enterprise clients to review operational KPIs.
- Efficiently handle and resolve high-priority client escalations.




- Partner closely with the UAE Operations team to align processes, streamline communication, and ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (Product, Tech, HR, Fleet) and external vendor partners to address operational demands.

Preferred candidate profile

- Must have Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in last-mile delivery, On-Demand logistics, Q-Commerce, or a similarly fast-paced operational setting.
- Solid capability in analyzing operational metrics and KPIs to make data-backed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of leading teams (~20+ headcount) and managing external clients effectively.
- Decisive with strong ownershipcapable of navigating high-pressure scenarios and resolving critical operational bottlenecks.
- While the role follows standard business hours, flexibility to support critical, off-hour operational requirements or escalations is required due to the 24/7 nature of On-Demand operations.
