Job Description (JD) Sales Manager (Secured Loans - LAP)

Position: Sales Manager
Product: Secured Loans (Loan Against Property - LAP)
Locations: Nagpur, Jalgaon, Pune, Surat, Vapi, Ahmedabad, Mehsana, Surendranagar, Rajkot & Nashik

Experience: Minimum 3 Years Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Source and acquire customers for Secured Loans (LAP).
- Achieve assigned sales targets including logins, disbursements, and productivity metrics.
- Conduct preliminary credit assessments, income validation, and eligibility checks.
- Manage the complete loan lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement.
- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, RBI, and internal compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Operations, and other internal stakeholders for smooth processing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and manage relationships with DSA and Channel Partners.




- Cross-sell CASA and other banking products to existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and portfolio quality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Secured Loans/LAP sales.
- Robust understanding of lending products and credit processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
