Job Summary

As a Healthcare Content Creator , you will help build Kefilos authority and trust by translating nutrition and healthcare knowledge into engaging, relatable, and scientifically credible content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create content around nutrition, preventive healthcare, fitness, lifestyle, gut health, weight management, and healthy eating.
- Develop reels, short-form videos, carousels, blogs, scripts, podcasts, newsletters, and educational content.
- Convert complex healthcare and nutrition concepts into simple, engaging, consumer-friendly stories.
- Work with nutritionists and healthcare experts to ensure content is scientifically accurate.

Video Social Media Content
- Ideate and create short-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Participate in and support founder-led videos, podcasts, expert interviews, customer transformation stories, and educational series .
- Develop strong hooks, scripts, storytelling formats, and content series designed for organic reach.

Brand Storytelling
- Help position Kefilo as a premium NutritionTech and transformation brand , rather than simply a food delivery company.
- Communicate Kefilos 90-Day Transformation Program, nutrition philosophy, products, and customer outcomes through compelling stories.
- Develop content around real customer journeys, nutrition education, food innovation, and the science behind Kefilo.

Content Distribution Growth
- Collaborate with the branding and marketing team to distribute and repurpose content across multiple platforms.
- Identify trending healthcare and nutrition topics and convert them into relevant Kefilo content.
- Track content performance and continuously improve hooks, formats, topics, and storytelling.

Research Innovation
- Research credible healthcare and nutrition sources to identify emerging topics and trends.




- Experiment with AI tools for content research, scripting, editing, repurposing, and distribution.
- Build repeatable content systems that allow Kefilo to produce high-quality content consistently.

Who Should Apply
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Healthcare, Public Health, Food Science, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5+ years of experience in healthcare content, nutrition content, health communication, social media, or content creation.
- Robust writing, communication, research, and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or working closely with experts and creators.
- Passion for nutrition, healthcare, wellness, and consumer brands.

- Support founder-led content, podcasts, expert interviews, and customer transformation stories.
- Build a repeatable content creation and distribution system.




- Help grow Kefilos authority and organic reach across social platforms.

Equity-Based Opportunity

This is an equity-only founding team role.

Founder Onboarding Process

- 3-4 strategic discussions to evaluate expertise, creativity, execution ability, and long-term alignment.
- A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate actual contribution and ownership.
- Long-term founding team agreement.
- Equity allocation based on contribution, expertise, and commitment.
- 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.

- Bonus if you have experience in NutritionTech, HealthTech, FoodTech, D2C, fitness, wellness, or healthcare content .
