Hiring for an experienced Team Lead to manage International Voice Process operations. The candidate should have strong team handling experience and exposure to key performance metrics.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years in BPO with minimum 1+year as Team Lead (International Voice)
- Manage a team of 15-25 customer support associates
- Solid communication & people management skills
- Hands-on experience with CSAT, AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage metrics
- Experience in handling team size and roster management
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
