- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in MSME lending and SME loans.
- Identify new business opportunities through client acquisition and relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customized financing solutions for clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of the competition.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in business development or a related field (MSME finance/SME loan).
- Strong understanding of MSME lending products, including business loans, working capital loans, etc.
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients.
