- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for clients using Cornerstone OnDemand (Cornerstone) platform.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and assessments.
- Manage the implementation of Cornerstone solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Provide ongoing support to clients through regular coaching sessions, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in Learning Management Consulting or a related field.
- Robust understanding of Cornerstone OnDemand (Cornerstone) platform and its applications in various industries.
- Proven track record of designing effective e-learning curricula that meet client needs and improve knowledge retention rates.
