Job Description

- 10+ years of total industry experience, including 5+ years in an Engineering Manager (EM) role leading high-performing teams and delivering complex platforms.
- Technical ExpertiseStrong foundation in architecture and system design with hands-on understanding of modern enterprise platformsProficiency in Java/Spring Boot and modern backend development practicesSolid knowledge of JavaScript & TypeScript, with experience in React and related frameworksFrontend fundamentals including HTML5, CSS, SASS, and responsive design principlesExperience designing for resiliency, observability, and security in distributed systemsFamiliarity with deployment strategies (CI/CD, progressive rollout, blue-green, canary)Strong understanding of test strategy across unit, integration, and end-to-end automationExposure to AI-assisted engineering tools to drive developer productivityStrong focus on operational excellence, scalability, and production stability




- Leadership & DeliveryProven ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams across complex initiativesExperience delivering solutions for both internal enterprise platforms and external customer-facing applicationsExperience managing engineering managers or senior engineers (preferred) and scaling team structures as needed
- Operating Model & CollaborationExperience working within a product operating model, partnering closely with product, UX, and business stakeholdersProven ability to effectively operate in a hybrid onshoreoffshore model, driving alignment, velocity, and accountability across distributed teams
